O God,you inspired the Blessed Edmund Rice
To follow your son in a life of consecrated service to the poor and all in need of a truly Christian education.
Grant through his intercession the petition we now make that Oisin will be at peace and that his family will find strength in their hour of need.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.

One year without you
My lovely, lovely boy have I existed without you for this time? I miss you with every sinu of my being. As the priest said at your mass yesterday you were my heart and in that it seems so hard to believe that you could be gone. I have never experienced a love like that I have for you and my life has no meaning in your wake. Did no one tell God how much you were loved? Did no one tell him how funny you were?
